We have the luxury that our drinking water comes directly from the tap. Most of us use tap water to cook food and make coffee or tea. The right handle of the tap is for normal cold, warm and mixed water. The left handle with the colored LED display is used to regulate the carbon dioxide content of the filtered and cooled water.
